Lorjen Doehler is an Economics and Social Sciences major at the University of Neuchâtel in Switzerland, during which time he studied abroad at the University of Technology Sydney and the London School of Economics. Passionate about leveraging social sciences to address contemporary challenges, Lorjen focuses on interdisciplinary research with the goal of informing policy, particularly in the areas of welfare and sustainability. As an elected local councilor, he applies his academic insights to shaping impactful policies for his community.Outside of academics, Lorjen enjoys learning new languages and mentoring fellow students. He is also a proud member of the Swiss Study Foundation.
