The current pandemic has disrupted the way we work, collaborate, and bring about positive change in society. Physical distancing and lockdown measures have isolated you from your family and friends, as well as your teams and communities. If you are privileged enough to have access to a stable and reliable Internet connection and digital devices, you might have been able to adapt quickly and manage your work remotely while still supporting your beneficiaries.

But your overdependence and overreliance on digital technologies comes at a price. In addition to worrying about the implications of COVID-19 on your cash flow and social impact, have you wondered how it affects your mental wellbeing? What happens to your brain when it is bombarded by constant notifications? What are the consequences on your emotional wellbeing when the screen is all you have to interact with others and process your grief?

This interactive and experiential 1.5–hour online huddle on digital wellbeing will guide you through an exploration of the mindsets, heartsets, and practical tools to cope and thrive in a hyperconnected and fast-changing digital world, especially during a time of pandemic.

The speakers Greta Rossi and Tariq Al-Olaimy from Recipies for Wellbeing have a vaste experience in giving workshops on Wellbeing and specifially on Digital Wellbeing.
