Flokarta holds a PhD in Economics with a focus on Accounting and Decision-Making. After several years as a consultant at EY and PwC, specializing in governance, risk management, and compliance, she most recently worked as an internal auditor at Zuger Kantonalbank. Since 2021, she has been a lecturer in statistics and empirical research at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. As a bridge-builder between academia and business, she combines analytical thinking with strategic implementation and a deep understanding of organizational structures.
